Meet your Psychologist

Hi! I’m Nikita Madan, Founder & Psychologist at Heal Tribe.

Education: Masters in Clinical Psychology, Trauma Informed Coaching (Certified), Bachelor of Law.

Registered under NCAHP (National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions)

My Mission: I am  here to help people understand their minds and emotions, one session at a time. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, overthinking, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges. My approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based techniques, and a strong belief that healing happens when you’re truly heard and understood.

In therapy, I use an eclectic approach—drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Bhevaiour Therapy (DBT), Holistic Approach that includes Mindfulness, person-centred therapy—tailored uniquely to your needs. I also blend in tools from positive psychology, depending on what suits you best. The goal? Helping you build self-awareness, break patterns that no longer serve you, and move toward a more meaningful life.

Whether you’re looking for a safe space to vent, practical tools to manage emotions, or deeper inner work—I’m here for it.

A Journey of Understanding: Why I Chose Psychology

Growing up, I was always the one friends turned to when they needed a listening ear. I loved diving into conversations about life, emotions, and the things that often go unspoken. I realized early on that everyone has their own story, their unique challenges and triumphs. I was a registered Active Listener with a website for many years.

Before embarking on my journey as a psychologist, I practiced as an Advocate in the Delhi High Court and various Law Firms. My role often extended beyond legal work to include counseling my clients, which provided me with invaluable insight into human behavior and problem-solving. This experience shaped my ability to understand people and their challenges, making it a significant asset in my work as a Psychologist.

Later studying Psychology and interning with experience Psychologists, Organizations and NGOs  gave me a way to understand these hidden aspects of ourselves and offered tools to help others find clarity and healing. Choosing this path wasn’t just about studying theories; it was about embracing a way of life centered around empathy and growth. Every person I meet in therapy brings new lessons, perspectives, and the privilege of witnessing their resilience.

Thank you for being here and allowing me to be part of your journey.

Nikita helped me rediscover myself and find joy again. With her warmth and understanding, I no longer feel alone. I’m grateful for the positive change in my life.
