There’s a proverb that says “Wounds from a sincere friend are better than many kisses from an enemy”. In my opinion the wounds from exposure therapy are better than the false safety OCD provides.

A narcissistic person is someone who has the following traits:

 

An exaggerated sense of self-importance.

The expectation of automatic compliance with their expectations.

An excessive, constant need for attention, praise, and admiration.

An inability or unwillingness to recognize the feelings, needs, or boundaries of other people.
